Jessica is an active member of WIN1 (Women In Networking), one of Louisville's longest-running women's business networking groups. Founded decades ago by local businesswomen who wanted the same referral network and support their male counterparts had long enjoyed, WIN groups keep just one member per business category - so members lift each other up instead of competing.
